The Fairway
Work continues this week on breaking out the temporary concrete road repairs on The Fairway and replacing them with tarmac, with a view to achieving a more robust/sustainable finish. Whilst we can confirm that The Fairway will require resurfacing from the site entrance up to the raised table at Wentworth Road, these measures should in the interim provide a better and more durable road surface.
Landscaping
Following a visit from the landscaper last week they have advised that prior to rotovating and seeding the main area of open space needs mowing and spraying to address areas which have self seeded. This work will start this week. Following a period of 2 weeks (to allow the spraying to take effect) the area will then be power raked and seeded, with works expected to be completed in this area by mid May 2025.
